Your Privacy: We will not share your personal details with any other person or organistaion. If you place your order by telephone your card details will be shredded as soon as we have taken payment. If you order via the website we do not get to see your card details. Your name and address will be held in our shopping cart for 8 weeks after which it is automatically erased.

Refunds: If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a no-questions-asked refund.
Delivery: We use Royal Mail’s first class post foe delivery, although quite why royal mail call their service ‘first class’ is a mystery to us as there is nothing first class about it! Packages take 1-several days to be delivered.
